Cesar Serrano – VP/Partner

Cesar is in his sixth year with ZCFO and has recently been promoted to VP/Partner. Holding a bachelor's degree from California State Polytechnic University - Humboldt with a major in accounting, he is a CPA candidate and is currently preparing to take the exams and obtain his licensing.

Well-liked and respected by his clients and staff, he possesses a high level of attention to detail and has a full spectrum of experience and knowledge. Cesar has direct responsibility for clients in the categories of marketing communications, physician practices, legal practices and real estate property management.
