Elexa Meza – VP/Partner

Elexa “Lex” Meza began her ZCFO career as a Senior Account Manager with assignments in the categories of start-ups, advertising, insurance, artificial intelligence and online direct-to-consumer sales companies. She recently assumed the title of VP/Partner with our firm.

With a corporate background in public and private sectors, Lex shares that expertise with ZCFO’s Clients over 20 years of diverse experience in accounting. During this time, she developed skills creating accounting procedure manuals. In this, she found that she had a passion for efficiency and streamlining tasks while at the same time strengthening controls. Her career experience includes defining and refining processes, while executing and teaching others around her. She excels at communication and achieving deadlines.

During her time in business, she found a love and time for giving back to her community serving on several boards including women working in corporate job settings as well as the local Little League and Girl Scout chapters.

One of Lex’s favorite parts as a member of ZCFO’s team is learning the culture and business for each of her clients and immersing herself in that company, its goals and needs. She is client-centric and strives to provide individual solution oriented services for their success.
